The drone is a great tool available to agriculture in order to carry out tasks 10 times faster and at a lower cost! In agriculture the UAV has different uses, such as spreading products and fertilizers or carrying out agronomic mapping.

Soil composition is an extremely important element for a cereal plant because a good soil composition will allow the plants to grow well and therefore give a good yield.

Today, to make measurements of soil composition, multiple samples must be taken from different parts of a field to detect areas that are, for example, low in nitrogen, so that they can be treated afterwards. This operation is long and expensive, whereas a drone is able to detect the soil composition in a few minutes thanks to spectrography!

So once the drone has carried out the measurements as well as an agronomic cartography, you will be able to know the composition of your soil to the nearest centimetre!

And if you already have a high-precision spreader such as an Axis H, all you have to do is import the data from the UAV so that your fertiliser and product spreading can be adapted to the areas of your field. This will ensure that your soil is perfectly uniform and produces a perfect, flawless yield.
